Apart from the peaceful shady areas where a book is all you need, we have the following for you to enjoy, all inclusive..... Floodlit swimming pool, new tennis court with superb views, badminton, boule, table tennis, garden games, bikes, volleyball, kites,  tennis ball machine, childrens indoor games, pool table, table football.  BBQ in the grounds or on your terrace, glorious walks, book and DVD library. Or you could just lie back, soak up the uninterrupted views and the sunshine, perhaps a stroll around the grounds, after your meal.

Around & about.

Golf, excellent 9 hole course with friendly club house about 10 minutes away. River beach, canoeing, pony trekking at Aubeterre, about 15 minutes, glorious village too! plus many more ancient Charantais villages all around us. Cognac is an hour distant and the Atlantic coast is about 90 minutes. Beautiful Saint Emilion is also about 90 minutes drive. Medieval Anglouleme town is 30 mins with a huge choice of restaurants and good shops. Montmoreau is our closest town, less than 10 minutes, bank, fuel, new supermarket, take away food etc.
